Treebo Work From Home Jobs 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Roles & Responsibilities:
- End to end ownership for HR activities for the mass offline team including but not limited to talent development, talent management, organization structure, etc.
- Able to understand nuances of new business and help in designing the right organization structure
- Partner with sales leadership team to deliver on business targets (revenue, growth, etc.) by providing HR solutions
- Expected to problem solve to unblock the business
- Expected to proactively identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify workforce requirements (including third party contractors) through liaison with business and ensure that requirements are in sync with annual operating plan and organization’s operating structure from a perspective of layers, spans, etc.
- Oversee the performance management process including goal setting, regular touch bases and final evaluation as per the decided timelines, for the assigned region
- Enable the talent process by holistic review of talent in the team for creating a strong succession planning bench
- Drive action planning for organization health & manager connect surveys
- Work with managers and identify the learning needs of the employees and design interventions in collaboration with the L&D team to provide appropriate learning intervention
- Expected to provide coaching on managerial and people development to managers
- Expected to design and deliver customized comp solutions for the business
Qualification Requirement
- A strong & proven understanding of people policies, practices, programs, interventions & procedures.
- Displays strong business acumen and partnership mindset to drive employee engagement & HR advisory.
- Ability to influence and partner across different levels of the organization to achieve results.
- Experience working in an ambiguous, entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
